We flooded with 29" of water with Hurricane Harvey. We had been slowly replacing our old furniture with Amish pieces and many of those survived the flood. We replaced the other furniture we had and added additional pieces with furniture from E & G and we love all of them. Their kindness and compassion to us during this difficult time was precious and helped tremendously. Many Blessings to them and we love what we have! read less

The in-store environment can't be beat - there is a lot to be said for being allowed to browse the store without a salesperson constantly on your heels. The craftsmen they work with are exquisite, we have never had any issues with any pieces purchased through E & G. Our furniture arrived at our home when they said it would, and the delivery people were friendly and personable. Thanks, and we'll see you next time we need furniture! read less

They weren't finished with the paperwork. I called in less than 18 hours. Buy from department store businesses like this are desperate for a sale. I have bought 3 pieces in past. Would of I. Future. They were very careful with my desk and my floor. The return arm of the desk was not quite square. Off just a hair really. They worked on it until it was right. And that’s not really easy considering all the drawers had to remain square as well. The desk is beautiful however the stain color is noticeably darker than the sample in the store. So much so that I question whether it is actually the right stain. But it is very pretty and I am looking forward to using it. read less
